6000 sq.ft. of functional training area includes free weights and machines, a 30 yard indoor turf, 20 yard outdoor grass field, tons of functional equipment (bands, boxes, ropes, hurdles, ladders, cones, etc.) and an indoor batting cage. Athletic atmosphere... great for private 1-on-1 training all the way to team training and sports skills work (Football, Baseball, Softball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Volleyball...).
