Description
The Private Pilates Studio at Private Fitness is equipped with a Balance Body Studio Reformer with Half Cadillac, Balance Body Combo Chair, and Spring Board availability. This studio is ideal for Private sessions, but Duet (2 clients) is also doable. Our Studio Reformer is equipped with an extra wide infinity footbar, which can be positioned anywhere along the frame, including over the carriage. Utilizing the half Cadillac from the other side allows springboard exercises and mat work. Other props include: Wedge (for back and neck discomfort), Balance Body Pilates Arc (ideal for pregnancy and more), foam roller, ring, weights and more.
