Special instructions
Absolutely no shoes on the mats. The mat is actually a 2 inch foam with a vinyl cover, so it has some give. There is a seating bench around the front and side of the space. Free standing bags, hand held targets, & foldout mats are available. We have a computer with large screen and camera set up for zoom if needed. Our audio system is just a large portable speaker with bluetooth capability for music. Water can be put out for sale for $1 on the honor system. Parking lot is in the back off of Lauderdale. There are 4 spaces. Two extra can double park.
Host Use Agreement
No shoes on the mats. We ask that you dry mop the mat when you are done. Mop provided. We also ask that you spot clean any sweat or other marks on the mat with towel and cleaner provided.
