Description
Our studio is fully equipped with pilates equipment and props. Our website is www.mindbodyprograms.com to see pictures of the studio/space. We have 6 Balanced Body reformer 1/2 trapeze units, 6 combination chairs, 6 spine correctors and other props. In our floor room, we have 3 poles, 7 aerial swing stations, and a variety of props. We also have 2 full reformer/trapeze units, 2 exo chairs and 2 ladder barrels in a private/duet room. We have a private massage room as well. Depending on usage, we have two rooms. One with 6 reformer stations and a floor room (for aerial, pole, pilates mat, yoga, tai chi, etc). So, most availability is Friday through Sunday depending on which room is needed. (We do have classes that alternate between the rooms so scheduling would need to be addressed).
