- Gym is always locked and requires facial recognition to get in. - Photos and videos are often recorded within the gym for marketing purposes. Please speak up if you or any of your clients cannot be capture in photos or videos.
Host Use Agreement
- Trainer is responsible for recruiting and scheduling of their own clients. - Trainer is solely responsible for the results achieved by their clients. The Gym does not guarantee any outcomes related to training services provided by the Trainer. - We reserve the right to terminate this agreement immediately without notice if the Trainer is found to be causing harm or damage to the Gym’s reputation, or if there is any misconduct or failure to adhere to the terms of this agreement. - Trainer and their clients are required to wear fitness appropriate attire. - For safety reasons, sneakers are required to be worn at all times. - It is the responsibility of the Trainer to let the gym owner know if they or any of their clients cannot be captured in photos or videos for marketing. - If any of the Trainers clients want to use the open gym on their own time in between training sessions, they will be required to sign up for an Open Gym Membership with BodyEtch Fitness. We will offer at discounted rate of $20/mon to your clients.
