Description
20,000 square feet. of athletic training space that includes two hardwood basketball courts, two MLB batting cages, and 35 yards of turf alongside a collegiate weight training area. The space is open format, climate controlled with 22 foot ceiling. The weight training space is fully equipped with three Rogue rigs for barbell training and landmine work. The space is equipped with kettle bells, boxes, medicine balls, resistance bands, Vertimax/Raptor, slant boards, balance balls, sleds and ropes. The space allows for creative workout design for individual and small group sessions.

Special instructions
Space is centrally located off of I-70 and Holly. The space has been used by professional athletes, particularly visiting NBA players, as it is private and 10 minutes from Ball Arena. We also have pitching machines, basketball shooting machines and Trackman for baseball.
Host Use Agreement
(1) No smoking or vaping permitted. (2) Sessions may include up to 4 trainees. (3) All persons must complete the facility wavier during their first visit to the facility. (4) The athletic space must be kept clean and returned as it was found after each use. (5) Food must be consumed in the Kitchen or Board Room.
