It has two DB racks, 6 thick mats in great condition, Reebok 360's, stability balls, med balls - everything you need to train clients or teach a small group class. All equipment is in "like new " condition. This is boutique studio that looks like a spa- due to high end finishes and cleanliness. This room also has doors that you can close for privacy, and a separate SONOS sound system.

We are located in a beautiful commercial retail center in the heart of RSM on the lake. Many clients walk the 1 mile lake before/after workouts.
Host Use Agreement
Cleanliness and tidiness are of utmost importance. We do not store anything on the floor. The studio looks and smells clean at all times. Thank you!
