Large mirrors, AC, full sound system with various forms to connect like: auxiliary, iPhone connection, Bluetooth, 3 xlr inputs for live music or microphones, 3 inputs 1/4inch plug. Colored LED light strip for ambiance, white string lights along mirror, ballet barres plus a low barre for tiny tots (ages 3-6). Small reception area and private restroom with lockers just outside the unit in the hallway.

Special instructions
2 entrances available front or rear of the building lead to the common hallway leading to our unit. We have a smart tv which you can cast or screen share if offering classes on zoom so you can view students at home while teaching.
Host Use Agreement
Door code used to access the space. We are in a building with other offices and shops so we ask our guests to keep quiet in the common hallway. If using the space Monday-Friday between 8am and 5 pm we ask that music volume be kept at a reasonable volume so neighbors can still work and take phone calls in their offices. No food or drinks allowed in dance studio. Only water as a beverage can be consumed in the reception area. Not even water on the wood dance floor, as accidents can and do happen and water would warp the floor. No open flames of any kind allowed (no candles), LED is allowed. No unattended children in the reception area.
