Seeking independent personal trainers looking to rent gym space to work with their clients in a one-on-one capacity. We also offer rates for semi-private and group training rentals, please see our other Gofynder listings for details on these! Our top class 9000+ square foot facility includes a 5600 square foot gym with equipment by Rogue, Woodway, TRX, and more as well as ample turf space, one lane of Mondo sprint track, and much more. Rental includes access to our elite recovery amenities: cold plunge, infrared sauna, infrared panels, as well as additional recovery tools by Hyperice, Normatec, and more. Access to premium bathrooms, showers, and locker rooms also included. Please expect to share the space with other clients and trainers, however, we have ample room for everyone. We are a high energy, positive group working with athletes of all ages and would love to welcome you to our space. If booking by the month, all types of training (one-on-one, semi-private, group classes) are included in the rate. Schedule coordination and approval required for groups of 4+.

All renters and their clients will need to sign our liability waiver. All renters should be prepared to show proof of training certification and liability insurance coverage. No smoking or vaping on the premises No pets inside the facility Please treat the space and other users with respect and follow all posted rules regarding equipment and amenities.
