Host Use Agreement

1. NO glitter, rice, confetti, candles, hookah, smoke, vape, or fire of any type are allowed in or outside of the venue. 2. The renter agrees that all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances including cancellations by the renter. The owner agrees that if the cancellation is due to circumstances incurred by the OWNER or venue, all fees paid by the renter will be refunded. 3. The use of tape, wires, tacks, nails, and glue to hang decorations is prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and leave the property as you found it. 4. The renter agrees to return the key to the designated lockbox onsite after their event is over. If the key is not returned to the lockbox after the event, the renter will be charged a 25$ replacement key fee. 5. The renter agrees to be charged an additional 50$ per hour that their event goes over the specified rental time in the rental agreement. 6. The renter understands that they are voluntarily seeking venue rental services provided by The Elevation Center and acknowledges that they may be increasing their risk as well as their guest risk to exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19. Renter acknowledges that they must comply with all set procedures to reduce the spread while hosting their event at The Elevation Center
